Over the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding over 50 incredible women just like you towards a harmonious balance between career ambitions and personal fulfillment.  My own journey began with a deep sense of being overwhelmed and pressured to achieve perfection. From a young age, I chased after love and acceptance, often feeling like I was drowning in the weight of expectations.

This relentless pursuit, coupled with the demands of motherhood and a demanding career, eventually pushed me to my breaking point. A severe knee injury became my wake-up call, shattering the illusion of control I had meticulously crafted.  

This pivotal moment led me on a profound journey of self-discovery and healing. I battled through burnout and self-doubt, learning the critical importance of self-care and acknowledging my true needs. As I began to reclaim my own sense of autonomy, I developed a method to navigate life's obstacles with resilience and grace.  Sharing my story is more than just recounting my past—it’s a beacon of hope for anyone facing similar challenges.
